"Am Sonntag sind Vater Lars und Sohn Knut nach einer Schnupperphase über ein 'Schmusegitter' erstmals direkt zusammengebracht worden. Oh Wunder, sie verstehen sich prächtig! Natürlich sind noch keine Frauen im Spiel, denn Katjuscha, Nancy und Toska sind bereits, wie jeden Winter, in ihren Wurfhöhlen...Es war die alljährlich bei Lars einsetzende Langeweile, die zu dieser eher ungewöhnlichen Kontaktaufnahmenförderung zwischen Vater und Sohn beigetragen hat.Man darf gespannt sein, ob Lars seinem nun fast 2 jährigen Sohn auch etwas von seinen Fähigkeiten als Casanova vermitteln wird, oder ob es bei der Perfektionierung von Fangtechniken bleibt... "
"On Sunday father Lars and son Knut were brought together for the first time, as a 'cuddle grid' trial period made it possible. And what until recently nobody would have believed..., they seem to get along great! Even during feeding time, as you can see, no sign of grudges or jealousy. Of course, as it is winter time - no ladies around yet, as Katjusha, Nancy and Toska are already in their caves. It was the repeatedly observed boredom in these long winters which caused this unusual step to spare Lars, who is quite a communicative bear, from being alone again for so long. Now everybody is looking forward if the tricks, Lars will show to his off-spring, will comprise as well the ones' which earned him his famous reputation as Casanova or if it will just be about the perfection of a real catcher..."
