Fishing in Scotland...More Arktos and Walker

Arktos, rechts:
"Es macht Spaß mit dir zu spielen, aber können wir nicht auch noch was anderes machen...?"-

Walker, links:

"Au ja, ich weiß was...."-
"Oh, yow, I know something ..."

"Das wird dir Spaß machen..."-

"Wir gehen jetzt Fischen."-
"We'll go fishing."

Arktos grübelt.Heftig.-
Arktos contemplating heavily.

Schaut sich um.-
Looking around.

Walker, rechts: "Was ist, kommste nun?"

Arktos, links: "Aber wo sind die Schilder?"-

Walker, right: "What's the matter with you, aren't you coming ?"
Arktos, left: "Where are the signs?"

Arktos, links: "Er sagt, in Schottland gibt es keine Schilder."

Arktos, left: " He says, in Scotland there are no signs."

Arktos, links:
"Komisch.Ein Land ohne Schilder und ich sehe auch niemanden, der hier Fisch reinwirft.... "
"Weird, a country without signs.And I don't see anyone throwing in some fish..."

Arktos links: 

" Nun ja, man kann es ja vielleicht trotzdem mal versuchen mit dem Fischen...."
"Well, however, one can give it try, can't one...?"

We surely don't know, if Walker could fill his fishing drum or if Arktos eventually caught at least a little welcome fish in his new home at Kingussie Highland Wildlife Park, we just know that these pics were all taken by Jeff J.Mitchell on Easter Monday (April 9) the official press date for Arktos and Walker together. Just for the records: "Arktos arrived from Hannover Zoo in Germany on April 4 to be a companion to the Park’s resident polar bear Walker. A year older than Walker and slightly larger, Arktos is four-years-old and it’s hoped that the bears will establish a relationship of friendly competitiveness." And what I can see so far, I think it might work out well.Even without any signs...))

Dagegen sah die Torte zum 4 jährigen Geburtstag für Arktus letztes Jahr im November richtig dürftig aus...-

The cake for Arktus' 4 year birthday last November looked somehow less colourful...

  

Statt in der Yukon Bay wird in Zukunft geschwommen und getaucht in den Highlands....-

Instead of swimming and diving in the Yukon Bay it will be then swimming and diving in the Highlands...

Und nicht mehr mit Sprinterje und Nanuq, Arktus Zwillingsbruder, mit denen er sich 2 Jahre die Yukon Bay in Hannover teilte.-

And not any more with Sprinterje and Nanuq, Arktus' twin brother with whom he shared the Yukon Bay in Hannover during the past 2 years
