Ein wenig spät, aber von Herzen....Maha Kumari aus Köln...

...hatte am 9. Mai Geburtstag!
Die "Große Prinzessin", wie ihr Name sagt, und beste Freundin von Marlar und Ming Jung, wurde 2 Jahre alt und ich konnte leider keine Geburtstagstorte mit ihr im Netz finden...-

...turned two on May 9!
The "Great Princess", that's what her name means, and best friend of Marlar and Ming Jung deserves a special treat as I couldn't find anything which indicated a big party... Für sie und für alle, deren Geburtstage ich in der letzten Zeit vergessen habe, hier ein kleines Trostpflaster aus Japan...-

So for her and for all whose birthdays I have forgotten during the last weeks, a little something to make up for it...Es versteht sich von selbst, dass die Geburtstagskinder von heute ein extra Stück bekommen...
It goes without saying that the birthday kids of today will have an extra slice ...

So belated Happy Birthday, Maha Kumari and all the others I missed and...

A very Happy Birthday to Leaf and Sarah Leslie who I know to have a soft spot for elephants and bears...Enjoy your cake, by the way this one comes from Japan....

Elefanten, Tanten und der Vatikan....

Huhu, das bin ja ich, noch ganz klein...Ich heiße übrigens Ming Jung! Ich habe damals nochmal Glück gehabt, erst wollte man mich Benedetto taufen, so wie der Name des Papsts auf Vatikanisch, könnt ihr euch das vorstellen...? Nur weil ich am gleichen Tag Geburtstag habe wie er....-

Wow, that's me, very little...By the way, my name is Ming Jung! I must have been somehow lucky, because first they wanted to name me Benedetto, just like the Pope, Benedikt in Vaticanian, can you imagine...?Only because my birthday turned out to be on the same day as his one...Ich weiß nicht, wie es dann gekommen ist, dass ich doch einen anderen Namen bekommen habe, ob meine Tanten da nachgeholfen haben? Es soll ja soviele schwule Elefanten geben, vielleicht haben sie da Vorsorge treffen wollen, dass es später, wenn ich mal groß bin, es nicht zuviele Witze gibt, über den Papst meine ich jetzt....-

I don't know how it happened exactly that I was not named Benedetto, maybe my aunts had a say in it? Maybe they have known already that there are so many gay elephants, and maybe they just wanted to be on the safe side for later, to avoid that kind of jokes then, no not so much about me but about the Pope, when you know what I mean...
Wie auch immer, ich bin noch klein, und mit wem ich später zusammensein werde, interessiert mich nicht die Bohne...nee, wirklich nicht....-

Anyway, I am still a small elephant and with whom I will bond later...to be honest, that doesn't interest me at all, no really... Da habe ich besseres zu tun, mit Marlar spielen z.B., die war erst nicht so begeistert, als ich kam, aber nun macht es richtig Spaß mit ihr....-

I have better things to do, playing with Marlar for example, who first was not too thrilled when I was born but now it's fun with her...Und natürlich auch mit der lütten Prinzessin Maha Kumari, die mit dem meisten Schlamm auf dem Rücken...-

And sure, not to forget little princess Maha Kumari, it's her with all that mud on the back...
Und nur dass ihr es wisst:
MORGEN IST MEIN 2. GEBURTSTAG UND IHR KÖNNT MIR GRATULIEREN....

And only that you can't say that you didn't know:
TOMORROW IT'S MY SECOND BIRTHDAY AND YOU CAN WISH ME WELL...

Kommt doch nach Köln, da bin ich nämlich zu Hause, ich hoffe übrigens auch auf eine Torte...!!!-
Why not visit me in Cologne, where I am at home...Maybe I'll get a cake too???
