Neun Wochen sind sie jetzt alt und drei Kilo schwer. Seit Donnerstag ist es offiziell, zwei kleine Braunbären aus dem nördlichsten Tierpark der Welt haben das Licht außerhalb der Höhle entdeckt. Der eine kleine Braunbär ist tatsächlich braun, der andere ist weiß, als Albino geboren. Der Polar Zoo hat schon Erfahrung, Wölfe zu sozialisieren. Dieses Jahr werden die Zwillingsbären ‚Salt and Pepper’ mit der Hand aufgezogen. Das Ziel dieses ungewöhnlichen Projekts ist es, das Wohl der Tiere in Gefangenschaft zu verbessern. (Arikel hier)
Nine weeks and only three kilo light...Since Thursday it is official, two little brown bear cubs are born in the world's most northern zoo in Bardu/Norway. In fact one cub is brown, the other one white, born as albino. The zoo, already experienced in the socialisation of wolves, has started to hand raise the cute little twins, named Salt and Pepper.
