Der Gänsemarsch der Wölfe....Wolves...Did you know ...?

Wölfe reisen immer im Gänsemarsch. Dies geschieht, um Energie zu sparen und den Weg freizumachen für den Rest der Meute  - der erste Wolf in Linie wird  "Vorreiter" genannt. Wenn der Vorreiter müde wird, fällt er ans Ende der Reihe zurück und ein weiterer Wolf führt an. Zusammenarbeit wie diese und die Erhaltung der Energie sind nur einige der Gründe, dass Wölfe so erfolgreich sind.-

Wolves always travel in single file. This is done to conserve energy and clear the path for the rest of the pack (packing the snow down, etc) -- the first wolf in line is known as the "trailblazer". When the trailblazer tires, he falls to the back of the line and another wolf steps forward. Cooperation like this and conservation of energy are some of the reasons that wolves are so successful.

Ja, wer hat hier Angst...? Mehr zu uns Wölfen hier-
Yeah, who is scared here...? More to us wolves here...
Wir gehören zur Familie, also betrifft uns das auch...-
We are family, aren't we? So, we are concerned too...Und da heute Sonntag ist, ein neues Statement von Knut bezüglich Aerial Hunting:
" Oh ja, Jagen macht Spaß, auch von oben aus der Luft...empfohlene Beute: Spezialspielzeug aus Australien, kommt einfach gut!"-
And as today it is Sunday again, a new statement of Knut concerning Aerial Hunting:
"Hunting is fun, even from above...recommended prey: enriched toys from Australia..., it's cool!"
